Introduction –
              English is a second language in India. At individual level English serves as the language of opportunity and the language of up world social mobility while  international level English serve as link language and window of the world this primary aim of teaching to develop basic skill like listening,speaking, reading writing. So this basic skill is most important for learning any language.

Speaking –

What is speaking ?
speaking is a productive skill like writing it is involve using Speech to express meaning two people speaking is reflection of language learning if learner really  learnt language so as a teacher can justify real sense learner learnt language.
How language learner speaking skill develop as a teacher.
Key concept and language teaching teaching classroom

we can develop learner speaking skills by focusing regularly on particular aspect of speaking for example fluency pronunciation grammatical accuracy and body of language.
In many classes learn to controlled practice activities these are very limited kind of speaking because they just focus on accuracy in speaking not on communication  interaction of fluency.controlled practice activities can provide useful if Limited preparation for speaking.
Task and less controlled practice activities give more opportunity than controlled activities for learner to practice communication introduction and fluency.
sometime learners speak more willingly in class when they have a reason for communication for example to solve a problem or to give other  classmate some information they need.
Because speaking is such a complex skill learner in the classroom may need a lot of help to prepare for speaking example practice of necessary vocabulary time to organise the idea what to say practiced in counting pronouncing new word words and expression practice activities carrying caring about a task before they speak freely.
Learners specially beginners and children may need time to take in and process all the new language they hear before they produce it in speaking.
Important trick for improve speaking skills

• To be active listener
• Quick organised thought
• structure of your thoughts
• practice of interaction
• Know your where you speaking audience
• Make your speech simple and short
• Ending should be memorable
• Fluency
If learner following this pattern for speaking then definitely learner can be give best performance in speaking skills.

Reading

What is reading ?

        Reading is the one of the four language skill skills reading writing listening and speaking respective skill like listening this means it is involved responding to next rather than very simply we can say that reading involve making sense of text to do do fish we understand the language of the text at the Word Level sentence level and walltax level need to connect the message of the text to our knowledge of the world look at this for example. The boy was surprised because the girl was much faster at running then he was. To understand this sentence we need to understand what the letter are how the letter together to make the words what the words, means and grammar of the words and the but we also make sense of this sentence by knowing that generally speaking girl do not fast as boy. Our knowledge of the world help us to understand why the boy was surprised.
Can you think one reason why learner may find reading difficult ?
Maybe one reason is a text is usually longer than just a word a sentence. It often contains a series of sentences in the letter or even a postcard these sentences are connected to one another by grammar vocabulary and or knowledge of the world reading also involved understanding of the connection between sentence.
These are the step of reading
1) Choose particular text
2) Note taking while reading
3) Type of reading
Skimming reading it means just see topic
Scanning reading it means important highlight
Intensive reading it means deep reading
Extensive reading it means reading things connect another reference
Way
If learner follow best pattern for reading then learner easy to understand everything. Because reading skills is most important in the present type because our exam dependent on our reading how you remember which you were reading before exam so reading is most important skills for any language learners.

Listening

What is Listening ?
                 Listening is the one of the four language skill reading writing listening and speaking like speaking is the respective skill is it involve responding to language rather than learning it learning it listening involve making sense of the meaningful sound of language we do this by using context and our knowledge of language and world. Listening is the first step of any language learning if you are listen more and more you can easily learn second language.
But when you say this statement at that clearifiction most important for learner. Otherwise students learn wrong language.
 first of all we can understood we can understand how the which is the different to listening from writing language so clear here define difference between written language and spoken language for example
-Written language one on the page does not disappear while spoken language disappear as soon as it is spoken fast and sometime slowly with or without pauses.
-Written language important punctuation and capital letter to show sentence perfection shows sentence and meaningful group of word true stress and intonation.
-Words sentence letters punctuation joined together into text while spoken language consists of concerned speech sentence incomplete sentence or single words.
-Writing sense white accept vocabulary and more punctual for grammar rule while spoken sentence open use rather general vocabulary and simple grammar.
-Speaking is the productive skill like writing it is involved using Speech to express meaning to people concept so this is on this list which people obtain do when they speak.
It's so many of these different aspect of listening
• Hearing and difference between common sound
• Identify identifying important word in what someone has just said
• Understanding and responding to simple instruction in commands
• Recognising basic difference ine information
• Following a simple narrative spoken by the teacher with the help of pictures
• Recognising sound pattern of simple rhyming words
• Understanding the development of simple story
• Understanding and responding to simple request and classroom instruction
• Identifying main idea
How can be developed as a teacher we can develop learn listening skill- give some of the task like interesting for learner
1) Give your learner some of dislike interesting way for example flip learning or say ask some question it is compulsory for your student.
2) Advise your learner to watch interesting movie and first of all you give highlight of that movie otherwise if your learners felt boring when watching movie it become unnecessary for them may be learners leave to watch that type of movie.
3) As a teacher you advise your learner what is important of listening because listening is a basic skill for any language learning.

Writing

What is writing ?
Writing is one of the four language skills reading writing listening and speaking. Writing and speaking are productive skills. That means they involve producing language rather than receiving it very simply we can say that writing involve communication a message  by making sign on a page. To write we need a message and someone to communicate it we also need to be able to form letters and words and to join this together to make words sentence a of series of that like linked together to communicate that message.
One quote is most famous which I want to refer here
“ More you read so more you can write”.
There are are two type of writing
1) Academic writing- it is called objective writing, it is used for study purpose.
2) Non academic writing -It is called subjective writing. It is used for non academic purpose for example mobile message typing.
As teachers –
When we teach writing we need to focus on both accuracy and on building up and communicating a message.
Sometimes in the classroom learners rights by for example completing gap in sentence with the correct word taking note for listening comprehension writing one word answer to reading comprehension questions these activity are very useful for teaching grammar and checking listening and reading but they do not teach the skill of writing to teach the writing skills we need to focus on accuracy in writing on communicating a message and the writing process.

To sum up second language learning is most difficult for any learner if they haven’t provide proper ideas of learning so they can’t able to learn language. Therefore learners have to knowledge how to learn language on basic skills.
