Thugs of the Hindostan movie review



Thugs of Hindostan movie was released in 2018. This film directed by Vijay Krishna Acharya and produced by Aditya Chopra. This film stars played a role - Amitabh Bachchan, Aamir Khan, Fatima Sana Shaikh and Katrina Kaif.


This film related Indian one village's villagers  fight with Britisher for freedom. In 1795 British East India company came in India as traders but ultimately they became ruler on Indian people. They seized many kingdoms one by one. In this movie show one village Raunakpur villagers fight with Britisher.
This film first scene Raunakpur king's family killed by Britisher, only one girl of King she saved by Khudabaksh(Amitab Bachchan), her name is Zafira (Fatima Shaik). In this film structure method is match with Gennet Gerald's essay “Narratology”, duration part use to showing 11 leep year. After Zafira ready to take revenge with Britisher for her family death.
But in this film we can see how thugs cheat to everyone, this film thugs became hero also his name Firangi(Aamir Khan).
 According to Northorpe Fyre heroin like beautiful, obedient, smooth nature But in this film heroine character as like strong woman, Zafira strongly fight with Britishers so here broken Fyre myth concept. Zafira learn fight to Khudabaksh, Khudabaksh made one army it's name Azaad Foz. If we can visualise Khudabaksh character, he is also cheat Britisher and stolen weapon form Britishers.

Female Characters :
In this film portrait two type of the female,  Zafira as like strong and brave character and Sureya as like prostitute  Zafira is brave girl and strongly fight with Britishers even her responsibilities on Khudabaksh when he felt weak position at that time he was giving her responsibilities on Firangi, it means Zafira is not capable for facing all situation with strong man. This all thing like patriarchal thought represents.

I like One dialogues of Khudabaksh when he plowed in barren land at that time Firangi ask him what are you doing here. Khudabaksh replied to Firangi he is seminate dream of Raunakapur’people.
One thing is notable and like masala when we see Dassehera celebrated by Britisher.
Then movie end is like happy Raunakapur’people win to Britishers.
