Topic – Technoculture and Risk
Introduction –
As we know that “ As every coin has two sides one is positive and one is negative”.
This quote is appropriate for Technoculture, because technology help us lot of things even it is also risk for our society. Technology has given light, heat, warmth and speed to human. Technology helps us to provide best facilities have made the world smaller. Electricity is best servant of human, technology help us to provide best facilities of transport as trains, bus, plans, ships other thing like mobile or Laptops through we connected to our trade and commerce therefore sometime technology became Risk for society.
Technology helps in various Fields :-
We are starting our day with mobile alarm or watching whole clock. Human being natural need like Electricity without electricity our life like nothingness. Now TV and mobile are our basic use of our daily life. In the Education , agriculture, Banking, business this all field contented with technology. Now people using Paytm, ATM, Google pay, online banking, online marketing. Even Government also launch apps and their salogo “Digital India”. Now technology through we connected with other countries. Amazon prime, Snapde , Clubs factory, Flipkard these all are online marketing this through we can purchase anything. Then Zomoto, Swigy are providing online food order service. Facebook, WhatsApp, Twitter, Instagram, Hike , video call these apps through we can communicate with anything. Few countries have smart system also.
Even technology is risk for human.

One of the most influential of such theories is that risk society. Ulrich Beck propounded the influential 'risk society' thesis in Risk society: Towards a new modernity and later works Risk, Beck inform us, it is not real, risks are about 'becoming- real'. As soon as risks become real, they cease being risks, and become, instead, disasters. Risks then get displaced to other sites , it is future disasters. Hence risks are potential disasters. While it is not necessary to run the entire debate about risk society here, it may be useful to pay attention to one particular arena where the risk thesis appears most relevant: Technoculture.
We live in an increasingly technologized world. Our everyday life is connected with technologies. Further as 9/11 and its aftermath demonstrated so clearly, everyday life is vulnerable to technological threats and these threats real or imagined, such as weapons of Mass Destruction are 'solved' using more technological systems and machines which in turn generate more risks and so the long tale spins on.
Technoculture and Risk:
1) Beck begin by suggesting that technoscience in society has generated numerous dangers. As we know that industrial society is based on the production and distribution of goods and sometimes industrial markets create new Rick on society. For example nowadays we know that how technology or science using for growing more thing for using chemical and it becomes unhealthy foods for everybody. As like tomatoes growth for using chemical and growing different kind of tomatoes colours  so at last this kind of Technoculture became Risk for human health and need to another technoscience like medicine. In other words risk generates solutions which generates more risk.
2) Individualized beings experience never forms of insecurity and anxieties. We have a culture of warning for example we using electricity but here is waring  like some of thing we don’t touch it. Other example is railway coaches we know railway running through electricity so there is again warning for us. If we use more vehicle may happen Rick for use if we don’t follow rules of driving so it becomes risk for us.
Van Loon argues that this risk information is not only produced by science and governance, but also by commerce. Each of the above object can be made safe and the safety lies in acquiring never merchandised products. For example if we purchase low price mobile so it becomes harmful for over body so we can’t think avoid mobile but we think purchase high quality mobile.
Sometimes technology risk for privacy. If anybody use fake identity so it becomes risk we can not understand someone done fraud with us.
Facebook – Now Facebook is platform to share our personal thing many  people using Facebook some of share everyday life events even some of  people feel that what is our privacy. Some of using fake identity for example boys using girl name identity and sometime girls using man name identity. Therefore we have confusion who using fake identity and chatt with us so it is like risk for us.
3) Most of we uses pendrive but sometime it failed then its like rike for us. Sometimes mobile create risk for us if we are only depand on mobile our cashbank, contact then mobile network not working after what happened with our so it is like risk.
The McAfee antivirus scanning software that runs with 'hotmail' warns us- Don’tbecome a statistic and tells us exactly what could go wrong with virus infection of our PCs.
We are made aware of the risks involved in using email or the www by a technology that seeks to ensure that we do not insured such risks.
Terrorism – Nowadays terrorist also use technology and they done wrong thing through using technology. They aware about technology and its through they committed crime so they create risk for our society.

4) Sometimes technoculture is risk for children as we know that now mobile phone we purchase in easily then children playing games if children are playing games as long time in mobile it becomes risk for them. Some of game is like dangers for them like blue valley and Pokemon these game through many of children committed suicide.
Camera – As we know that nowadays camera is tread for most of shop and school, bank, home ect. It is also security for us but sometime we lost our privacy. And we felt uncomfortable.
Online shopping- Contemporary time Amazon, Flipkard, club factory, Snapdeal, myntra etc. There are app for online shopping, it is easy for us to buy anything and that thing delivered at our home. Even it is risk for us often if anybody order something then it becomes change to delivery so at that time it is risk for person.

5) Thus technoscience it is like cycle if we find new technology it is create risk after solve risk then other risk create so it is like cycle. If we think so we can define we can never deteched with technoculture. Then it reproduces the risks by making us aware of these risks. It is as Van Loon notes a circular arrangement to deal with the individualized responsibility of risk, the consumer needs more information. But the information comes from the very technoscience that generated the risk.

Risk theory for cultural studies revealed the extent that society. Most we are not aware about which kind of risk we are facing when we are using technology. Therefore cultural studies through we can aware about technology risk.
Beck's solution to the autopoietic risk culture is find political potential outside government. He gave political example we need to open up intrasyststemic closure. Politics must be about being able to communicate between systems – something that is becoming increasingly impossible today. Thus the complete indifference of the government to any criticism witness the ease with which government get out of the accusations by appointing, with a complete lack of transparency, a commission of inquiring or simply refusing comment in India is a mark of the autopoietic of the political system. It is this autopoietic that causes people to withdraw from politics as a system that has closed itself.

Summing up-
Thus technology is risk for us something we don’t things about where it becomes Rick for us but when we deeply studies about risk then we aware about which kind it becomes harmful for us. Most system -social, political and technology are now self-referential. They generate risks and provide solutions.
